Lou started as a carpenter and quickly transitioned to business owner, employing some of the finest carpenters in the area. Still very hands-on in his business, Lou Boxer Builder, he enjoys taking a multi-year project from inception to completion, carefully managing every step along the way.

Lou has a stable, tenured, and accomplished crew and office staff who are the backbone of the business. Lou Boxer Builder executes the bulk of the carpentry; the exterior, framing, interior partitioning, finish and detail work. To handle the balance of the work, Lou has amassed a large network of talented, reliable, and loyal sub-contractors.
