How long have you been in business?
I have been planning events of all types for 11 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Primarily, I am a wedding planner. I think that there is not enough awareness of how much easier it is to hire an event planner. There is a big misconseption as to the expense. Hiring a planner for all types of events really takes the pressure off of the host!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in the business after my entire family and group of friends said that I NEEDED to plan as a way of life! I am extremely organized and am full of energy and ideas. I will search for the "perfect" anything.....it's out there!
I have worked in the service industry for YEARS! I have been a manager and a corporate trainer for a very well known restaurant for many years as well.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I always step outside of the box. I make it my top priority to exceed expectations every time. No matter what my clients budget is for a planner, I will make it fit. I never take on too many events at a time in order to give each and every client my best.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I serve all of Berkshire County and am also available for destination weddings.

I work out of my home and will meet clients anywhere that is convenient for them.
Which areas do you service?
I service all of Berkshire County Massachusetts, however I am not limited to this location.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I, Michelle Barzousky, am owner and operator and run most daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
I am available anytime. I have very flexible hours and try to be very accommodating to my clients busy schedules.
