How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Real estate brokerage runs in my family and was a natural career path for me to follow soon after graduating from college.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Always at the forefront on technology and best business practices. The first real estate firm in the Berkshires to computerize (1980), the first real estate firm in the Berkshires to have a website, first firm and still one of the only firms to offer the alternative to agency, transaction brokerage, one of the most experienced and most highly trained brokers in the entire county. Full time office staff, office space with private offices and meeting rooms for confidentiality.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One. Today thanks to advances in technology the need for multiple offices is no longer justified. We can effectively serve the entire region from one office. in the 1980's our firm had five offices.
